Recording computer output

Hi
I'm currently trying to record a mic input track and another track with computer output simultaniously. I have an MAudio mobile pre interface. It seems to me that I can only record a single track at once containing either the mic input only or mic input + computer's output. I currently have Reaper installed and think it is the only afordable software that enables simultanious recording on multiple tracks. Any thoughts on this are welcome, hardware or software.

Got an MAudio Mobile pre with to inputs and 2 outputs
